The Moving Minds program creates a safe environment for teams to move and work together. As we start to return to gathering in-person, we have adapted our workshops for the changed Covid-19 school and workplace environment.

Small Workshops, Outdoor Space & Flexible Scheduling

Moving Minds is scalable for small and large groups. For now, we have eliminated big workshops and instead we run our program in shifts to limit the number of participants in one room at a time. We will ensure 6-feet distancing for all participants.

We will use outdoor space as it’s available and weather-permitting, which enhances the workshop experience.

We have a flexible cancellation policy that will easily allow you to reschedule, should there be a health emergency or other scheduling issue.

Moving Together, Safely Distanced

We have modified our workshop activities and games to remove any physical touch between participants. While we look forward to introducing safe touch in the future, we are happy to take the opportunity to move together at a safe distance.

We will comply with all local, state, and federal COVID-19 regulations, as well as your own internal organization protocols.
