Centering the Mind & Body
In this one day workshop, we’ll introduce our core methodologies of mind and body mapping. Team members enjoy a fun and relaxing experience moving, reflecting and getting to know each other, while also taking time for self-care and personal wellness.
This workshop is an abbreviated overview of Moving Minds and can serve as an introduction to our full program or stand on its own as an enrichment. We can run this workshop in succession in small groups throughout the day to accommodate Covid in-person restrictions.
SAMPLE SCHEDULE: 1-Session Workshop
First, we warm up. Next, we explore movement games designed to teach the skill we are working on that day. Then, each team creates their own choreography based on the exploration in the movement session. Participants come together as a group to perform and finally, we reflect on our experiences moving and communicating together.
